WHAT JUST HAPPENED ON AMERICAN IDOL? I really, really can't believe that Haley Reinhart didn't make the top two. I really don't even care to watch the finale...I mean I think Scotty and Lauren are two really sweet kids, but their voices didn't compare to Haley's. I'll watch but I just don't even care who wins it any more!


HALEY WE LOVE YOU!!! I can't wait to buy her CD...she is going far!! I really think America has got it so wrong this year...first Pia, then James, and now Haley?!

Haley on American Idol was amazing yet again...every song was different and she keeps challenging herself with every one. She sang Led Zeppelin, Fleetwood Mac, and Alanis Morissette...does she not rock or what!

A Birthday and a Giveaway!

Didn't get a chance to post about my husband's birthday...which was yesterday! Happy Birthday my love! We went to AppleBees with the kids for dinner and had them sing to him! Do you love doing this to friends and family or do you love having it done to you? Some people really hate it, but my husband had fun!

More American Idol....

How can this amazing girl not be the next American Idol? I thought both of her songs tonight were amazing, I really don't know why JLo And Randy keep hounding her. Haley Reinhart Rocks and if she's not in the final then I won't be watching. Please vote for Haley...I did!

How was your weekend?

Mine went way too fast as always and it seemed like I was on the road the entire time! Friday we rode on a really nice bus down to the Phillies game, sorry to say they lost 5-0, then Saturday I drove out to my best friends house for a scrapbooking get together, shes hosting Stamp It Up demos, and Sunday we drove to my stepson's college to help him move. Oh wait...back it up...when I came home Sunday afternoon after spending the night at my friends my husband and stepdaughters surprised me with beautiful cards and a tasty strawberry short cake for Mother's Day! It almost brought me to tears! How was your weekend?

So there are only four people left on American Idol...who are you hoping wins? My vote is for Haley Reinhart...she's amazing! The others are Scotty (the country kid), James (the rocker), and Lauren (the sweet country pop teen), what do you think?

Busy Bee....

I'm still here...just being a very busy bee since last week! My stepdaughters are very active and both have many school sports and clubs going on and this week alone my one stepdaughter has 5 softball games in a row! There were many games canceled at the start of the season because of the rain and now they are all clustered together...not fun! But this passed weekend we had a nice time just hanging around the house, going for walks in the park and even a nice surprise visit from a friend! I hope you're all enjoying your week and have great plans for Mother's Day weekend. I took my mom out yesterday to lunch and shopping, it was a great time together! What are your plans?
